SHIPPING POLICY

When will my item arrive?

Processing times vary for each product so please check the item dispatch time before ordering which will be stated on the listing and also when checking out.

We use couriers such as Royal mail, Evri and Parcel force depending on the location and size of the parcel. Sometimes we may separate items in your order such as lampshades and changing mats as we cannot fit them both in just one box. 

Then we offer 1st Class or 2nd Class (Standard) shipping.
1st class - delivery usually takes 1-2 working days (After dispatch)
2nd class - delivery usually takes 2-3 working days (After dispatch)
Royal Mail post usually takes slightly longer around Black Friday (November) and the Christmas period.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We certainly do for most items, we send International orders fully tracked via Royal Mail. If you cannot see your country listed or if you would like me to double check shipping prices, just get in touch!

Will I have to pay Customs Taxes and Duties when ordering from outside the UK?

Although rare, International orders may be subject to additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees once the package arrives in the destination country, which the buyer is responsible for.
